mailfilter software package provides Program that filters your incoming e-mail to help remove spam, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mailfilter
mailfilter is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mailfilter package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mailfilter *
You will get with mailfilter package name, version, architecture and description in a table
